Our recycling system covers the entire workflow – from collection to payment.

	Delivery or free personal collection of your precious metal waste at your premises.
	Weighing of delivered material. Material inspection and comparison with the delivery note. Immediate consultation with the customer in the case of differences or ambiguities.
	Photographing of delivered material as an additional monitoring function.
	Order entry and importing of data and the digital photo in our EDP system. Printing of the material consignment note. Forwarding of order confirmation to the customer.
	Inspection of incoming material with documentation on the consignment note and melting down of delivered material in premium-quality plants in compliance with melting regulations.
	Weighing of molten material with documentation. Subsequent transfer of material to AV/cabinet.
	AV/cabinet incoming inspection and drilling of the molten material (ingot).
	Importing of data into ERP order. Generation of labels for sample bags. Storing of ingot in main safe.
	Weighing of drilling swarf with subsequent documentation.
	Analysis of drilling swarf using the latest analytical processes (docimastics, ICP X-ray technology etc.) with documentation of results in system.
	Clearing and credit note for the acquisition, followed by various refund options. (Payout, internal precious metal account, offset against semifinished products etc.)
